Policies aren’t punishments

We love working with you, and this requires mutual respect. We show up for you, and we expect the same in return. We understand things happen out of our control, this is why we require a non refundable deposit to book, as it protects us from last minute cancellations that can shutter small service based businesses.

  • To reschedule and transfer your deposit you must reschedule through the app, or let us know via text only, 48 hours prior to your appointment. Anything later will result in loss of deposit. Social media cancellations or reschedules are not allowed.

  • We do not allow children or additional guests during appointments. We love your kids, but we are providing spa services and require a calm relaxing atmosphere.

  • Your service will be edited to fit in the time allowed before the next client is scheduled. You will be responsible for payment in full of services originally booked, even if we cannot finish them in time.
